Same problem here, resolved with using IP address (w/evolution-mapi); new problem now, not sure if it's related or a problem with our Exchange 2007 server:
Failed to bind to uuid (uuid number) - NT_STATUS_NET_WRITE_FAULT No matter what combination of username and password I use, I can't get it to authenticate.
