To capture the syslog, type the following in a terminal:
tail -n0 -f /var/log/syslog > /tmp/syslog
then turn on bluetooth and type in a terminal:
logger "[ turned on bluetooth 'ubuntu']"
then turn off bluetooth and type in a terminal:
logger "[ turned off bluetooth 'ubuntu']"
then attach syslog, which will be located in /tmp, to this bug report.
