I solved on my system. The problem for me is the way i'm using libjpeg-turbo (http://sourceforge.net/projects/libjpeg-turbo/). After the installation of libjpeg-turbo i have deleted the original libjpeg.so.62.0.0 in /usr/lib/ and i have created a symlink named libjpeg.so.62.0.0 pointing to /opt/libjpeg-turbo/lib/libjpeg.so.62.0.0. In this case evince doesn't work. Reinstalling the package libjpeg62 evince works again. I have also tried to overwrite the original libjpeg.so.62.0.0 (from libjpeg62) with libjpeg.so.62.0.0 from /opt/libjpeg-turbo/lib/ and also in this case evince works. So the problem for me was the creation of the symlink.
