By the way, I think the explanation for the "MODULES=most" vs
"MODULES=dep" thing is that the modules come before modules.dep in the
initramfs archive, so by reducing the number of modules in the archive
the time before modules.dep is unpacked into the initial root fs is also
reduced and the race condition is less likely to trigger.
