Public bug reported:

I use netbook MSIWind U135 and ubuntu 10.10. I'm unable to reboot or
shut-down the computer. When i tried to reboot or shutdown the ubuntu
hangup. It is probably caused by the wifi card driver. The result of the
command shutdown is listed bellow (kernel message):

[212.940104] phy0 -> rt2800_wait_wpdma_ready: Error - WPDMA TX/RX busy
aborting.
[213.033671] phy0 -> rt2x00pci_regbusy_read: Error - Indirect register access
failed: offset=0x00007010 value=0xffffffff

I'm unable to collect more data because netbook is freeze.
