It affected me too. I have been using this method since 9.10 (when I had my first Ubuntu upgrade) and it was easy and fast. Now I removed the partition, resized windows to the full hd and went back and picked the install dualboot option. This obviously takes a lot longer and is not as direct. I know of the manual option, but I am afraid of using it as I donĀ“t know how. (I only saw the tutorial minutes ago)
