The utility scripts, xdg-open and xdg-email don't know to look for LXDE as a Desktop Enviornment ($DE), or how to handle it. Because of this, they the use generic_open() function to open files or send e-mail. Added Sylpheed to xdg-email, then added an IF branch in xdg-open to call xdg-email when it finds "mailto:"; links.
