I had the same problem, starting today. What also didn't work was searching in the bookmarks while typing in the address bar, the Options button in the NoScript message bar, ctrl-D to add this page to my bookmarks. Rebooting did not solve the problem, until after a reboot starting Firefox first initiated an update of the NoScript add-in. I don't know if there is a connection, but everything seems normal now.
