Binary package hint: gnome-mplayer
Gnome-mplayer, in fact all dvd capable media players in Ubuntu should
default to displaying forced subtitles (subtitles forced during scenes
spoken in a different language to the main one chosen) in the same way a
normal hardware player would. This would require a change in the way
subtitle options are presented currently I think to make it clearer.
