Hi, this is strange. I just installed Maverick (both i386 and amd64) in a VM and MonkeyStudio runs just fine. However, the same bug was reported to me by upstream two days ago in private. Just making sure: you are running a 10.10 which was upgraded from 10.04 and installed MonkeyStudio after the upgrade to 10.10? And you are running Ubuntu, not Kubuntu or Xubuntu?
