Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I recently upgraded my Ubuntu 32bit desktop edition from 10.04 to 10.10 and
have noticed the signature box that usually appears on the right had side when
writing an email is no longer there. In fact there is no reference to it at
all, anywhere.
The option to edit signatures is still present via the preferences dialog box,
but that's about it. Just no way of selecting which signature to use other than
default.
