The screenshot shows that the bug really is happening, but I can't
reproduce it myself, not even with Firefox 2. And if other people were
having the problem, we would probably have received many more reports
about it.
So the next time you report a bug about Ubuntu, could you try
reproducing the bug itself, by not specifying a package to begin with?
If it happens again, write down exactly what you clicked, in what order.
