I have just accomplished the migration from Lucid to Meerkat in Evolution as well. The problem was that I did not have enoguh disk space, when I created the backup from evo, it did not warn me, so I thought everything was all right... Finally I noticed by an accident that my home dir was full, created some space and voila everything was all right. However it raises a question / rather a feature -> evo should notify the user if it could not successfully create the backup due to lack of space.
If it is needed, I can still try with the invalid pack to see what exception it throws. -- Evolution 2.30.3 cannot restore backup https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/658101 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
