same to me! E. was already very slow with some thousands of messages; but now (after upgraded from Ubutun 10.04 to 10.10) version 2.30.3 is actually unusable!
Every time upgrading ubuntu Evolution gives a lot of problem! I'm searching how to substitute it. very disappointed.
