I can second this. Luckily most of my colleagues seem to be happy with staying on 10.04 for the moment. I am using mutt again now, accessing our Exchange server over IMAP. For the calendar I'm simply using OWA (Outlook Web Access) for now. Serves me well. But I can imagine that people with lots of requests for meetings are not satisfied with this solution... ;-)
