Public bug reported:

Machine: HP Pavilion DV6 1240ez Laptop.
Problem: The laptop has a touch button for hardware disable/enable wifi and
bluetooth. It is blue when On, red when Off. The touch button works, so if i
press it, it enables hardware block (I can see it from rfkill list). But the
problem is, that when i transfer data (example: surfing internet), the button
blinks to show it (red blue red blue..). But it shouldn't.
PS.: If i install Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, without updates, this problem also occours.
If i install all the updates, the problem vanishes. I don't really understand,
that if ubuntu has a fix in 10.04, why wasn't it straightly ported in 10.10.
