** Summary changed: - ATI Proprietary Driver Vsnyc Strange behavior + ATI Proprietary Driver Vsync Strange behavior
** Description changed: - On my Pavilion DV6-1240ez laptop, I have installed Ubuntu 10.10. I have applied ATI proprietary drivers, especially to have vsync. Vsync didn't work on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. Now it works, but only when I set it. So when the system booted, and I set in catalyst that vsync is always on, it works. After I restart pc, it doesn't work. I have to go to the catalyst (administrator) menu, set vsync off, click ok, then set vsync on again, click ok, and now vysnc works again. So i have to do this procedure every time i boot Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat :( + On my Pavilion DV6-1240ez laptop, I have installed Ubuntu 10.10.
