if you are in a directory with an active filedownload. dolphin/konqueror can 
not scroll down to other files. they jump every time back to the downloadfile

"Steps to Reproduce:
download anything (bigger files are better for test) and save in some dir (
$HOME/Downloads ), now go with dolphin to this dir and try to scroll down.

Actual Results:  
dolphin jumps back to the file from the download

Expected Results:  
dolphin dont jump back"
