Ok here are the dmesg, lsmod and lspci attachemnets. I have installed a clean Feisty Beta, installed Ndiswrapper from the Beta CD. Downloaded NDISGTK from the Feisty repository. Downloaded NDiswrapper from the repository. Installed Ndswrapper and NdisGTK with sudo dpkg -i nameoffile.deb. Erased all network connections from my interfaces files. Added ndiswrapper to the modules file. Then did the commando's you said.
