I'm not sure if this is the same bug I experience, but I'll try to describe it here in detail.
If I minimize rhythmbox window, clicking the entry in the sound menu indicator brings the window to focus as expected. However if I close the window while a song is playing, clicking the menu entry gives the following: - the window is reopened minimized, without focus - the launcher button space appears empty - the launcher button does not work at all (does not give focus, or display the window in perspective if it has focus) If I close the window again, another glitch: - The window closes, but leaves a ghost window. Although the Alt-Tab switcher does not find the window, the window itself is otherwise functional (it's not a screenshot, rhythmbox actually works). - If I minimize or close it using the (X-[]) buttons, it finally vanishes.
