Well, before anyone can confirm it, I first want an explanation why this bug isn't present in ubiquity of Kubuntu 10.10 They both use the same version and installer, only the design is different, but the rest is the same. So I don't think this is a bug in ubiquity, else the bug would've been present in ubiquity of Kubuntu too.
