Public bug reported: Binary package hint: empathy
When hovering over a contact's name, a tooltip appears with more information. However, when scrolling, this tooltip stays open until the mouse moves out of the tooltip-triggering area. The tooltip covers part of the contact list, so content behind (which I am looking to see!) is hidden. Expected behaviour: When scrolling, the tooltip should be inhibited, and re-enabled once scrolling stops. Alternate expected behaviour: The tooltip should not cover the contact list at all, choosing a location left or right of the cursor.
