I don't know how to install an older version except doing the way I just did:
Added into /etc/apt/source.list: deb http://se.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ edgy universe deb-src http://se.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ edgy universe Started Synaptics, searched for 'vpnc' and deinstalled my current version. Then I chose the menu Package and from there chose 'Force Version' to install v0.3.3+SVN.
