Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-center

The configuration page for Fluendo Codecs (and possibly other packages?)
appears behind the Software Center. In my test environment, I couldn't
see that the config page was there and so the Software Center was sat
with the progress bar still for a long period of time until I realised
there was configuration to do.

The Center should show some indication that the user needs to have some
input in the config window, or make the config window appear above the
Software Center.
