* Rename applications.menu to hildon-applications.menu to avoid breaking
upgrades/installs when both hildon-desktop and gnome-menus are installed
on a system (LP: #647628)
* debian/patches/lp647628_renamed_applications_menu.patch: change menu file
define to hildon-applications.menu.
