I never got a fix for this Problem and I am not able to provide further information to this Bug, as we have upgraded our WhatsUp Server and the issue is no longer present.
We upgraded to WhatsUp Gold Remote Site Edition v14.3.1 Build 227 On this last version, no bugs are present with Firefox.
