The same here, on Ubuntu Maverick 10.10 Beta (latest updates at this moment) - Deluge Core Version: 1.3.0, libtorrent version: 0.15.3.0 I have 4 torrents, 1 is active. After the 30 minutes, deluge become completely unusable - no download/upload, memory usage goes up to 1GB and cannot exit the program, forced to kill it.
