UPDATE: I am able to find the printer and install it from a LiveCD of Ubuntu 10.04.1.
The Ubuntu 10.04.1 LiveCD found the printer at: "smb://NET/Printer" whereas installed versions find it at: "smb://MSHOME/NET/Printer" So, I decided to go back into my Maverick beta here and try to "find" the printer as I just did on the LiveCD. No luck. I inputed "smb://NET/Printer" into the Device URI hoping for it to work, still no luck.
