Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

When I initially upgraded to Thunderbird 3, a helpful "What's new in
Thunderbird 3" tab appeared, explaining the new features.

However, this has since reappeared after every minor patch release of
Thunderbird, although it seems to contain no new information. Could this
be disabled so that it only appears when upgrading from an earlier major
version (<3.0), rather than from 3.0.x to 3.0.x+1 ?
