In reply to Charlie Kravetz's comment #45: To be clear, basically any (localized) text which isn't being rendered in the html viewing area--button text, menu text, tool-tip text, etc.--is effected. This has little impact on reading the current help item and related items are still easily found, but it's still a big accessibility issue for anyone who doesn't know or hasn't memorized (any of) the menu items, icons, or keyboard shortcuts, in addition to being a "cosmetic" issue.
