Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: language-pack-kde-de

is i install an languagepack (even by the fresh, first install of the
system) i must go and install by myself the package aspell-$LANG (here
aspell-de). i do not understand why the kubuntu languagepacks dont
install the aspell dictionaries by himself. in ubuntu i have after the
install my working spellchecker. it would be cool if someone can change
this situation and add an dependency to this package.
