Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Version of Ubuntu: Ubuntu 10.10
Version of Firefox: 3.6.9
What was expected to happen: When saving an image on my computer, I expected to
be able to create a folder on the Desktop to put the image in
What happened instead: The folder disappeared after clicking the 'Create
Folder' button

To reproduce:

1. Right-click on an image, and select 'save as'
2. Navigate to Desktop (if not there already)
3. Click on 'Create Folder'

The new folder will appear for a brief moment, and then disappear.

This only seems to happen when I try to create a new folder on the
Desktop.
