@Kamus, I've change the repository but this didn't fix the problem.

I've found a work around / fix.

sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/available
sudo cp /var/lib/dpkg/available-old /var/lib/dpkg/available
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

After these commands the problem is solve.
