Exactly the same. Nvidia 6150, integrated. But the bug is appeared just after last compiz update (from propozed repo). Also I can see the same wrong text rendering in wine applications. So it is probably not OOo bug but "text rendering method" bug common in OOo and Wine (just my thoughts).
