I see this bug. I inserted an SD card in my computer's sd card reader, viewed some pictures that were on it, then safely removed it using nautilus. After that the SD card would not show up after I reinserted the card. And nothing at all was logged. I logged out my session and back, and that didn't help. I had to reboot to use ANY sd card in the card slot.
