I have looked into the error_logs and the job processing works without any problems, so the resulting PostScript is somehow not compatible with your printer.
I have also tried to reproduce the bug by creating a print queue with the same model and driver selection and the resulting PostScript (when printing with okular) prints perfectly on my HP LaserJet 3390 and P3005 printers and also displays correctly with Ghostscript. I have used the PDF file attached to bug 628030. Perhaps the problem only occurs for certain PDF files.
