Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution-mapi

>From one computer I add a folder called "Räksmörgås" using IMAP. Then I open
evolution showing the same account using MAPI. In the mapi version it is shown
as "Rksmrgs", all non 7bit ascii chars are not shown.

Evolution 2.30.1.2
Evolution mapi 0.30.1
Evolution mapi and evolution is from this ppa :
https://launchpad.net/~jacob/+archive/evo230

I tested this with Lucid and libmapi0 1:0.8.2+svn1524-1
I reported it upstream as https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=620811
This should be fixed in new openchange, and looking in the svn log, there are
lots of UTF8/Unicode related fixes.
Maverick still uses the same version of openchange, so the problems probably
still exists there. Openchange really should be updated to a newer version to
improve the unicode situation. Since maverick uses evolution-mapi 0.28 I guess
the larger utf8 problems are still present, making mapi unusable for all
non-7bit ascii users. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=569321

** Affects: evolution-mapi (Ubuntu)
