Please notice the addition to the debian/NEWS file which might be considered relevant. Also the patch debian/patches/03wesnothd-name is relevant, otherwise people won't be able to start a local server conveniently enough. And you can just ignore all the .in files. Those are just used to generate the proper versioned files and are there just as convenience and helpers, they aren't used in the build at all. Thanks in advance!
