Are we sure that it's for volunteers to answer? This is about the interface between Rhythmbox and the Music Store. There is also the possibility that the Music Store isn't easy for Rhythmbox to connect to. 7digital are a business with customers waiting to buy. They have an interest in looking at this, but Ubuntu One doesn't have a page for selling music let alone for reporting technical problems and we can only report through the package we're using.
If someone more involved with Ubuntu has contact with 7digital, it would be nice to let them know about this bug.
