@TexLogic: since this bug is still unassigned, most probably not! The problem however seems to be located in the intel video driver, and Intel developers are suggesting to report such problems at bugs.freedesktop.org, doing so might make it more visible to the right people. I'm sorry I just don't have the time ATM...
