Chris -- is Flash now leaving excessively large post-script files on
your computer when you try to print?  check the directory:
/var/spool/cups/
for ~500-900mb .ps files

you can also do an automatic check with the command:
sudo du -ak --exclude=/home/* / 2> /dev/null | sort -n | tail -30

If so, you might have this bug:  https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/598940

Adobe insists they can't reproduce the problem, so the bug is a
non-issue for them.
