Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and help to improve
Ubuntu.

The libpam-modules preinst script is a shell script, so any segfault
here is the result of a bug in another package rather than in pam
itself; but we need more information to determine which package is at
fault.  Is this error reproducible?  If you try to update your packages
again, do you get the same error?  Do you get an error if you run the
command 'dpkg --compare-versions 1.1.1-2ubuntu2 lt-nl 1.1.1-2'?
