Public bug reported:
First try using Synaptic "oss4-dkms 4.2-build2002-2" failed. Second try while
trying to install Avidemux using the Installation Guide and the following
command line: "sudo apt-get install automake1.9 g++ gcc liba52-0.7.4". I
expected completion with no errors. Installed failed with errors: "Errors were
encountered while processing: oss4-dkms E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned
an error code (1)".
My OS => lucid => abi-2.6.32-24-generic. Hope this helps. Please contact me if
