I don't know what versions Lucid or Maverick refer to - it's more clear with version numbers I find. I am now on Mint 9 (ubuntu 10.04) with Pidgin 2.6.6 Thank you. I can log in with multiple IDs no problem, but as soon as I log in with this one, Pidgin closes. Pidgin does not do this in the windows version (XP or Vista).
