I'm also having this problem. On one computer (an ancient desktop, I
don't know the specs) <Super>s toggles window transparency (I can't seem
to find that key binding in either the gnome settings or compiz -
opacify is turned off)

On the Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop it gives the menu box no matter what
key bindings I assign.

Both computers are set up almost identically with Lucid Lynx.
