I have exactly the same problem, after having upgraded to ubuntu 10.04 and kernel 2.6.32-24-386, but I have not understood how the fix stated in Alessios msg date 2010-02-18 shall be applied. Please note, that the warning messages appear only since today 22nd august, while my upgrade was beginning august, and is much more longer than those in the bug description (rules:15 .... 89).
