To find accounts I use "com.nokia.AccountManager.Interface.Query.FindAccounts" DBus function (the error message is "AccountManagerQuery.IAccountManagerQueryProxy.FindAccounts"). Maybe this interface isn't present on your AccountManager. Can you check if it's present ? (e.g. with d-feet see attachment "accountmanager_iterfaces.png") Can tell me the Empathy and Telepathy version running on your system ?
