* Is this reproducible?
* If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?
* If I understand this correctly, you are saying that sometimes during the boot 
process, fstab is run before the network connections are completed? In that 
case, SSH is not able to be used, since it relies on the network connection?

This will help us to find and resolve the problem.
