Public bug reported: Binary package hint: tomboy
When I choose "Ubuntu One" from the Prefrences>Synchronisation under "service" Tomboy notes immediately crashes. Running tomboy with the --debug option yields the following when attempting to re-create the problem: Marshaling changed signal Exception in Gtk# callback delegate Note: Applications can use GLib.ExceptionManager.UnhandledException to handle the exception. System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.DllNotFoundException: syncdaemon-1.0 at (wrapper managed-to-native) Tomboy.WebSync.SyncdaemonAuthentication:syncdaemon_daemon_new () at Tomboy.WebSync.SyncdaemonAuthentication..ctor () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at Tomboy.WebSync.U1SyncPreferencesWidget..ctor (Tomboy.WebSync.Api.OAuth oauth, System.String server) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at Tomboy.WebSync.U1SyncServiceAddin.CreatePreferencesControl () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at Tomboy.PreferencesDialog.OnSyncAddinComboChanged (System.Object sender, System.EventArgs args) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at (wrapper managed-to-native) System.Reflection.MonoMethod:InternalInvoke (object,object[],System.Exception&) at System.Reflection.MonoMethod.Invoke (System.Object obj, BindingFlags invokeAttr, System.Reflection.Binder binder, System.Object[] parameters, System.Globalization.CultureInfo culture) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at System.Reflection.MonoMethod.Invoke (System.Object obj, BindingFlags invokeAttr, System.Reflection.Binder binder, System.Object[] parameters, System.Globalization.CultureInfo culture) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Reflection.MethodBase.Invoke (System.Object obj, System.Object[] parameters) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Delegate.DynamicInvokeImpl (System.Object[] args) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.MulticastDelegate.DynamicInvokeImpl (System.Object[] args) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Delegate.DynamicInvoke (System.Object[] args) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at GLib.Signal.ClosureInvokedCB (System.Object o, GLib.ClosureInvokedArgs args) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at GLib.SignalClosure.Invoke (GLib.ClosureInvokedArgs args) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at GLib.SignalClosure.MarshalCallback (IntPtr raw_closure, IntPtr return_val, UInt32 n_param_vals, IntPtr param_values, IntPtr invocation_hint, IntPtr marshal_data) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at GLib.ExceptionManager.RaiseUnhandledException(System.Exception e, Boolean is_terminal) at GLib.SignalClosure.MarshalCallback(IntPtr raw_closure, IntPtr return_val, UInt32 n_param_vals, IntPtr param_values, IntPtr invocation_hint, IntPtr marshal_data) at Gtk.Application.gtk_main() at Gtk.Application.Run() at Gnome.Program.Run() at Tomboy.GnomeApplication.StartMainLoop() at Tomboy.Application.StartMainLoop() at Tomboy.Tomboy.StartTrayIcon() at Tomboy.Tomboy.Main(System.String[] args) $ lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu maverick (development branch) Release: 10.10 $ apt-cache policy tomboy tomboy: Installed: 1.3.1-1ubuntu5 Candidate: 1.3.1-1ubuntu5 Version table: *** 1.3.1-1ubuntu5 0 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ maverick/main i386 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10 Package: tomboy 1.3.1-1ubuntu5 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.35-17.23-generic 2.6.35.2 Uname: Linux 2.6.35-17-generic i686 Architecture: i386 Date: Sat Aug 21 02:09:26 2010 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" - Alpha i386 (20100803.1) ProcEnviron: LANG=en_US.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: tomboy ** Affects: tomboy (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 maverick tomboy ubuntu-une -- Tomboy crashes when sync set to Ubuntu One https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/621602 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
