What kind of file system is /windows/save/hostname/? How is it mounted?
Is the other rdiff-backup repository under /windows/save/hostname/
otherwise healthy? Do you receive any errors running any of these
commands?
$ rdiff-backup --verify /windows/save/hostname/
$ rdiff-backup --list-increments /windows/save/hostname/
$ rdiff-backup --list-increment-sizes /windows/save/hostname/
